John Andersen was one part of the first wave of individuals to receive the official “Certified Implementation Specialist” certification from ServiceNow (service-now.com). In addition to meeting the requirements to receive the certification, John assisted in the review of training documentation, attended class sessions, and took beta versions of the specialist exam in order to help the company establish the certification program.
