John was promoted to become Manager of Automation Efforts for the Novell Systems Resource Management business unit. He will work closely with SRM’s global R&D offices in Canada, Mexico, India, and the US. His focus will include automation analysis across the entire SRM Product Line. With this change John also became a scrum team Business Analyist.
