John Andersen recently completed his first trip to India. John made the trip to attend the Novell Systems & Resource Management quality summit. He joined the rest of the management team from both the United States and India in a week long retrospective event.
A highlight of the trip was the opportunity to get to meet many of the employees that John communicates with on a regular basis. It was good for John to meet these coworkers in person. They made a very positive impact on the Provo resident.
After the event, John was grateful to come home to his family after the 10 day absence.
